Refund and Exchange
|Due to Covid-19 outbreak we are not accepting any Refund/Exchange for safety measure|
We hope our customers are happy with their purchase. Beutbling only accept exchange for wrong item. While we hope it’ll never happen but if we did we truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.
- Please reach us on email [email protected] or Dm us on instagram @beutbling within 5 days you received (delivered) the items.
- Send us picture of proof and tracking number, all item must be ship to us in unworn condition with original packaging & cards within 5 days from the date received (delivered).
- Shipping fee for exchange on wrong item will be bear by beutbling.
- We hope our customer understand that beutbling are not responsible for any damage caused by courier during delivery as it is out of our hand. We will carefully inspect every orders before post out.
- Any damage/lost parcel done by courier during deliveries, do let us know and we will file a report at Courier service for compensation/resolve to this matter
Refund or exchange are not allowed in circumstances below:
- Change of mind
- Sale items
- Break or tarnish due to improper care. Kindly refer to our jewelry care here.
